Evenkia national Song and Dance Company "OSIKTAKAN". The first vocal-choreographic
Evenki company was formed in 1966. It was original, complicated, interesting
and peculiar in the colour. The first company's debut was on the 9th of January
1967 during the I district competition of the amateur art activities, which
was devoted to the 50th Anniversary of the Soviet Power.

Alitet Nikolaevich Nemtushkin is Evenki writer.He was born on the 12th of November
1939 in the camp of nomads Irishki of Katangski district of Irkutsk region in
the hunter's family. He was brought up in the boarding school and by his grandmother
Ogdo-Evdokiya Ivanovna Nemtushkina.

MUSICIANS
The composer Nikolai Nikolaevich Bilanin was born in 1934 in the transcarpathian
village Novo-Bovtrad. He graduated Ujgorodskiy musical college on the accordion
class. Since 1958 he worked as a teacher of singing, the leader of the chorus
and musical collectives on the Ukraine and the Far East. He didn't stop at the
achieved. In 1965 he graduated the Khabarovsk cultural-instructive college.
Three years later he came to Evenkia and on this land he found the inexhaustible
source of inspiration.

Valery Sumakov - is Evenki photo-artist. He was born in 1959 in Tura settlement of Evenki national area. In 1992 he graduated the Kemerov State Institute of Culture, cine-studio department . Valery Sumakov is the price-winner of Regional and Russian photo-competitions. The album "The Artists of Evenki Land" - is the first attempt to introduce collection of works of Evenki artist.
